It’s been recently reported by TMZ that Dita, 35, asked the Los Angeles court to dismiss her lawsuit against Fred Knaff, the person responsible for building her a 10-foot-high swan for her shows.
Apparently the swam malfunctioned at her debut show in Toronto in November of last year. She sent the swan back but Knaff refused to fix the $200,000 prop. Dita has supposedly settled the dispute out of court and is now requesting to dismiss her suit.
